Unit 2 Discussion Question

Q After you have completed this unit, please post with >2 paragraphs for each number based on the reading material and respond to at least two of your peers with ONE of the responses having a DIFFERENT point of view of your classmate. A DIFFERENT point of view DOES NOT necessarily mean that you are disagreeing with them. 1. Is the customer always, right? If so, why do you feel that way? What about the customers who you know aren’t telling the truth or want you to make an exception? 2. Discuss a time when you were dissatisfied with the service a CSW provided you. Based on what you have learned in this unit, where did the CSW specifically fall short in providing their service to you? Did it affect whether you do future business with them and why?

One of the biggest reasons why the companies and businesses consider the “customer is always right” policy is because they know how important their customers are for their company. This concept is mostly accepted because as a business company, it desires that the customers return to purchase in the future and along with that they feel welcomed and appreciated. In my opinion, I too consider the same thing because if and when we argue with a customer, he/she would feel less informed and would simultaneously lose hope with the company from where he/she is purchasing.
